The security and confidentiality of your personal data is important to us.  We implement appropriate physical, administrative, and technical measures and safeguards designed to protect it from loss, theft, misuse, alteration, unlawful or unauthorized access, use or disclosure. 

IT hosting and maintenance and storage of your personal information is located within the European Economic Area.

9. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal data is deleted from our database and email system 6 years after our last contact with you.

Details of financial transactions are retained for a period of 6 years following the financial year that the transaction took place.

Details of guarantees are kept for 5 years after the guarantee expires.

You have rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you. These are:

It only applies to information you have given us, which we hold electronically and where Duclos is the data controller.
