From a young age, fashion and accessories has been my passion. After Art School, I fuelled my creative streak by studying at UAL: London College of Fashion where I specialised in the design and development of leather goods. During this time, I worked in design teams in popular luxury and high street names.
After graduating, I decided to travel and discover new opportunities around the world. I instantly fell in love with New Zealand and Australia; both countries gave me further insight into the leather industry, particularly manufacturing in countries outside of Europe.
Since arriving back in the UK, with new expertise and experience under my belt, it was clear that this was the time to design and craft my own Handbag line. DUCLOS accessories was born.
Working in my make-shift studio- designing and making bags for myself, and close friends, rapidly became my new business venture. As the word spread, I became in demand for custom made handbags and accessories. There was a clear need for high quality, handmade pieces, that could be personalised to meet an individual’s desires. I loved working closely with the customer to create their ideal accessory. As a result, I provide full support and guidance to all customers making the shopping experience unique, and one that you cannot find anywhere else.
Duclos accessories are made with the finest Italian sourced leathers and bespoke fittings, carefully crafted together with my skill, love, and care, to create the perfect piece.
