DELIVERY
Made-to-order items reserve the right to take up to 8 weeks from the purchase date to shipping, this is due to small scale production, leaving room for an order queue system to be carried out. Ready-to-buy items purchased will be shipped within 5 business days of the order, assuming there is sufficient stock available at the time of order. If the stock is unavailable and orders cannot be completed, Duclos remains the right to terminate the order, however we will always contact you first, the Customer is always our highest priority. For domestic orders please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for the transit time of your merchandise. For international orders please allow up to 6 to 12 business days for the transit time of your merchandise, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times when shipping overseas. If you still have not received your international purchase after 3 weeks, please notify info@duclos.co.uk. Duclos is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Product prices do not include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within the United Kingdom there is a flat rate payable, unless special delivery instructions are requested, in which case the delivery amount may change. Duclos reserves the right to change the amount charged for delivery according to the current courier and postal service tariffs used, Duclos will always go with the best possible service on offer ensuring our customers best interests . Shipping costs are dependent on the size and weight of the package. Final shipping costs will be calculated at check out. For customers outside the United Kingdom, additional charges may apply depending on location.
CUSTOMS
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Duclos cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain, if any, additional charges will be applied to your order. If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Duclos at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
