CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for UK and international orders. The product must be in its original condition, must not be altered or damaged in original packaging and resalable. Please contact info@duclos.co.uk as soon as possible for return queries, info and address details.
Please note: We do not accept returns of any made to order pieces purchased, unless it is deemed faulty. Any item monogrammed will also not be accepted for refund, unless faulty. Sale items are also final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping due to change of mind will be at your own expense. We recommend selecting a shipping service with tracking, as we will not be liable for any losses incurred during the returns process.
Signature on delivery to Duclos is required. Please email info@duclos.co.uk with your order number and notify us of your intention to return due to change of mind.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
NOTE: Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees.

PRODUCT COLOURS
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Duclos.co.uk as accurately as possible.
However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colour will be identical to the physical item received.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Duclos will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email info@duclos.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.
QUALITY OF RAW MATERIALS
Here at Duclos we use the best quality of components, to hand make our accessories. The Saffiano leather comes from the same tanneries in Tuscany, Italy, used by big names such as Prada and other high-end designers. The high-quality brass fittings used, are also produced in Italy for specifically for Duclos. We take pride in our meticulous in-house production process, proudly made in England.
Please note, that even though the highest standard of leather has been used to produce your Duclos item, leather is a natural material and can have blemish’s that derive from the leathers natural state.
Within the process of producing Saffiano leather in the tannery, there is a colour dying process involved. When colour dying has taken place, there is always a chance of colour transfer. Please take care when wearing your Duclos accessory alongside clothing, although this specific leather is finished with a wax layer, the product could still be vulnerable to colour transfer in some cases.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Please note, refunds will be solely at the discretion of Duclos.
If approved, you will have your refund credited to the original payment and purchase method. This includes gift vouchers and products redeemed via a gift voucher.
